Privacy should be simple—especially when children are involved.
Kids First Class is designed around data minimization. You should be able to explore public educational content without creating an account, building a child profile, or surrendering personal information.
1. Scope
This policy applies to KidsFirstClass.com and the public pages operated directly by Kids First Class. Our project cards link to separate websites. Those websites may publish their own privacy notices, which apply when you visit them.
2. Information we do not ask for
Public use of this website does not require a name, account, password, child profile, date of birth, school name, mailing address, payment card, or social-media login. We do not use the site to create advertising profiles or sell personal information.
3. Limited technical information
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. This can include an IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and security events. We use or permit this processing only for operation, reliability, abuse prevention, and security—not targeted advertising.
We aim to keep such information limited and retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required by law.
4. Children’s privacy
Kids First Class is created for families, but the website is intended to be opened and guided by a parent, guardian, teacher, or caregiver. We do not knowingly request or intentionally collect personal information from children through the public site.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us. We will review the request and remove the information where appropriate and legally permitted.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking pixels. If we introduce optional analytics or another non-essential technology, we will update this policy and provide any choice required by applicable law.

If an adult contacts us by email, we receive the address and information included in that message. We use it to respond, manage the request, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Please do not send sensitive information or personal information about a child unless it is genuinely necessary.

We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by service providers that host, secure, or maintain the website; when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety; or as part of an organizational change subject to appropriate safeguards.
8. International access
Families may access the project from many countries. Technical processing may therefore occur outside a visitor’s country. Where applicable, we use reasonable safeguards required for cross-border processing.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Because public access does not require an account, we may hold little or no information that can be connected to you.
