Simple terms for a free educational mission.
These terms explain the responsible use of KidsFirstClass.com. They are written for adults—parents, guardians, caregivers, educators, researchers, and supporters.
1. Acceptance
By accessing KidsFirstClass.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. A parent, guardian, teacher, or caregiver should guide a child’s use.
2. Educational purpose
The site provides general educational information, ideas, and links. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Health, safety, food, and child-development content should be used with adult judgment and, when appropriate, guidance from a qualified professional.
3. Adult supervision and child safety
Activities should be selected according to the child’s age, abilities, health, environment, and needs. An adult is responsible for supervision, safe materials, allergy awareness, online safety, and deciding whether an activity is appropriate. Never leave a young child unsupervised with a device, small objects, food-preparation tools, experimental materials, or other potential hazards.
4. Permitted use
You may access and share links to public pages for personal, family, classroom, and other non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to disrupt the site, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape at unreasonable scale, impersonate the project, remove ownership notices, or use the content in a misleading, unlawful, exploitative, or harmful way.
5. Intellectual property
The Kids First Class name, logos, visual identity, original writing, illustrations, lesson structures, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to free content does not transfer ownership. Separate permissions or licenses may be published for particular resources.
6. External project websites and links
The site links to the 19 Kids First Class project domains and may link to other resources. A separate website may have different terms, privacy practices, content, availability, or operators. A link does not guarantee that an external page is always available or suitable in every jurisdiction.
7. Availability and changes
We may add, update, translate, reorganize, suspend, or remove content to improve the project, correct mistakes, protect users, or meet legal and operational needs. We aim for reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee a particular educational, developmental, health, or other outcome. Every child develops differently, and no general resource can replace attentive adult judgment.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kids First Class and its supporting organizations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the project evolves. Questions may be sent to the founder at admin@bach.net.
